This Privacy Policy explains how Black Core Bookkeeping LLC ("Black Core," "we," "us," or "our") handles information connected with this website and related email communications. It does not replace any privacy or confidentiality terms contained in a signed client engagement agreement.

The website currently directs consultation requests to email. If you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, business information, and the contents of your message. Do not send bank statements, tax documents, account credentials, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive financial information through ordinary email.

Information processed to operate the website

Website hosting and security providers may process technical information such as an IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs to deliver, maintain, and protect the website. Black Core does not currently place advertising or analytics tools in the website code.

This website is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. Black Core does not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.
